Missing Teeth

About Missing Teeth
At Tracey Bell we keep things simple. Missing teeth can be replaced with the following dental options.
- Dentures (false teeth). These are removable plastic or metal frames that carry false teeth.
- Bridges. These are porcelain teeth that replace a missing tooth and are normally attached to natural teeth.
- Dental Implants. A dental implant is a titanium rod that replaces the root of the tooth.
Replacing Missing Teeth at Tracey Bell
Replacing missing teeth is important both in term of dental aesthetics and dental function. Missing teeth can affect the way we speak, eat and smile. Missing teeth can cause the other teeth to tilt and move producing food traps, gaps and unwanted spaces which in turn can increase the risk of dental decay and gum disease. With multiple missing teeth, your facial muscles and appearance can be affected which results in sagging features and a noticeable change in your appearance.
